Thank you for purchasing your Trinity™ ONE. All units have a 100% 'out of the box' tested function guarantee. If you have any problems with the function of your unit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve immediately for you.
Please have the following information available prior to contacting us:
- Proof of purchase (Kickstarter backers provide backer ID).
- Serial number (located on warranty card inside box).
- Model number (located on outside of box adjacent barcode).
Trinity Coffee Co. will contact you as soon as possible to see if your issue can be fixed quickly and easily. Please note that since this product is produced from our first production run, issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and not all issues can be covered by warranty if they are unreasonably outside of our manufacturing limitations and production constraints.
The customer will be responsible for paying the freight charges for sending back Trinity Coffee Co. products for replacement to the nearest distributor. The customer will also be responsible for paying the freight charges and any duties of the replacement product that Trinity Coffee Co. may send back to you for replacement.

Note, the following returns policy only applies for customers who have purchased through www.trinitycoffee.co. Refer to your retailer for applicable returns policy information if not purchased on www.trinitycoffee.co.
If you purchase through www.trinitycoffee.co you are eligible for a strict limited 30 day return. Customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping costs and associated charges to our Australian warehouse, and goods must be in brand new unused condition, including packaging.
Trinity Coffee cannot be responsible for goods which are lost in transit returning to our warehouse address.
